You retain ownership of any content you create, edit, or save using Taqreer AI. However, when you share content publicly through our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to:

• •Use the service to promote hatred, violence, or discrimination
• •Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• •Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. AI-Generated Content

Taqreer AI uses artificial intelligence to generate Islamic speech content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• •AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by qualified Islamic scholars before public delivery
• •You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you use or share
• •We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all generated content is free from errors
• •You should always verify Quranic verses and Hadith references against authentic sources

6. Subscription Tiers and Payments

Taqreer AI offers both Free and Pro subscription tiers:

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store's refund policies (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

7. Intellectual Property

The Taqreer AI application, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Taqreer AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• •Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content without permission
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• •Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• •All generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes

Taqreer AI is a tool to assist in speech preparation. It does not replace proper Islamic education, consultation with qualified scholars, or personal research and verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAQREER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• •Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• •Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law
